  Located in a retail park so very easy to find and park. Wasn't overly impressed with the store, didn't feel staff were friendly or helpful, they just did the bare minimum to advise and as such I didn't make a purchase.

  2nd time of purchasing from this store. Excellent customer service. Salesman aren't pushy like other places and genuinely want to find the right sofa for you. Attention to detail is noticeable and offer of a hot drink while sorting paperwork is a nice touch. Icing on the cake was the fact that the store manager takes his time to thank each customer for their order. Only complaint is that it can take quite a while to complete the order and associated paperwork so not a short visit, something to consider especially for those visiting with children.
