  A very helpful and friendly family business who give excellent service with a vast product range and endless knowledge of their trade. We have used them for over 10 years on numerous projects from a full bathroom design through to small repair jobs. Always happy to recommend to my own customers with no worry of disappointment.   AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID This place is an absolute joke. They ridiculously overcharge customers for shoddy quality products. When there are then issues with the products due to poor manufacturing and quality they continue to ignore your emails and website enquiry. One of our clients claim the quality of products they saw in store differs from the quality of products they received. They claim customers haven't paid invoices when they have and they attempt to duplicate invoices due! All their paperwork is hand written in code so you have no idea what they're attempting to charge you for... and if your paying cash for items well you may as well burn your money as they'll claim they've never received payment. This has happened to numerous people we know! This place is by far the worst merchants I've even encountered. ADVISE TO ALL - STICK TO BIGGER PLUMBING MERCHANTS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING - allegedly
