Sorry not a good experience, order an item 8 day's ago, went in today to chase the item up as I had had no look getting anyone to answer the phone ALL day only to be told sorry your order has not been placed. Given the option to reorder but would have to wait another 7 to 10 days. This is a very busy outlet that never seems to have enough staff .
