  My partner and I were in Peterborough when we had a puncture; we were very close to National Tyres at the time, but they refused to help and were very rude. So, after looking online for somewhere else and somewhere close by, I found Monarch Tyre Centre. I called them up and they were unbelievably friendly and willing to help. The lad who was going to do the repair even stayed past his finish time of 6pm to do the job as we'd got stuck in traffic and didn't arrive til 5.50pm. Overall, they were just brilliant - professional, and just overall excellent customer service. Very impressed!!
