  Went to look at a car for sale at this garage 2 members of staff sat in the office at the time and no one came to talk to us or provide information had to go looking for them. Decided to buy car from them anyway only to have a fault with the car. checked warranty that was given with vehicle only to find out it the warranty was invalid due to the car not meeting the service requirements before we bought the vehicle.Contacted the garage 3 times each time was informed they would call me back which they never did. Asked the garage to provide proof the vehicle was not faulty at time of purchase as advised by citizens advise they said they had the info but would not provide it without seeing a report that the car was faulty first because they believed i was trying to scam them.I was refused when asked to speak with the manager then told i had a problem with my head and was a lonely housewife just looking to get money out of them. I was also repeatedly hung up on and talked over whilst trying to explain the situation to them. I was told if the car had a problem when sold i would have picked up on it when i drove home not listening when i explained i was unfamiliar with the car and in no way a mechanic so had no experience with how the vehicle should operate. Overall a horrible experience made to feel stupid for not knowing the vehicle had a fault and repeatedly insulted would never recommend to anyone and will be reporting to trading standards. I will also sue Motorland if they refuse to repair the vehicle as required by law.
