    Shocking customer service. They see you walk in and walk away as I have been in 3 times to sort a query out unable to fix. They said oh the Samsung rep will be here next Saturday so I go only to be told she's not here. Would I recommend no no no. Rude staff who are only after getting commission. Stay clear especially short guy.

    Quite useless. I left and found the answer to an O2 query by browsing the internet after getting three different unhelpful answers from three different members of shop staff.
